Divya Engineers, a fast growing Ceramic Tile Moulds Manufacturing company, is located in the heart of the industrial development area, Hyderabad,
India. We started with an aim to produce the best quality tooling needs for
Ceramic Tile Manufacturing industries.
With sophisticated in-house and excellent quality control facilities, we manufacture complete assembled moulds, resin coated upper/lower
punches, rustic/self-design textures/special profile/ ISO-STATIC punches and magnetic accessories. We use the best technologies to
maintain quality and accuracies at lower prices to match our customers'
inventory and provide them with world class quality products.
We have a sizable mechanical manufacturing capacity with the
latest VMC 2000S/EDM/hydraulic vulcanizing presses/excellent surface
grinding machines to produce larger mould assemblies/resin coated
punches up to 1000*1300 mm.

We maintain quality at each stage,
right from the procurement of raw materials to bonding of resin to steel. We organize
inspection at every level of machining and the final inspection is carried
out by our marketing/quality control team to maintain high accuracy
within tolerances.
